Now, we are looking for a driven and positive individual who wants to build a career in B2B. As a Client Success Representative, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and their growth in the Norwegian market.

What does a Client Success Representative do?

As a Client Success Representative, you will be based in Stockholm and be responsible for the Norwegian portfolio of SaaS clients. The portfolio includes everything from startups to publicly traded companies from various industries. Based on your previous experiences, the portfolio may be tailored with a focus on Media Intelligence or Social Media. In this role, you will learn how many different organizations work with social media, editorial media, and other types of external data in their operations. You will help our clients make the most of the information so that we assist them in achieving their goals or overcoming their challenges.

You are primarily responsible for growing your portfolio and achieving your sales goals. You will receive thorough training, and we will provide you with all the tools to be successful in the role.

What you will learn

You will see how different organizations use news media, social media, and other sources of external information to make strategic decisions. You will become an expert in media intelligence and B2B sales. Most importantly, you will learn a lot from various industries, companies, and business leaders.

We hope you:

  • Speak fluent Norwegian and English (other Nordic languages are a plus)
  • Have an academic degree (bachelor's or master's)
  • Have previous sales experience (either B2C or B2B)
  • Want to develop and have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Are creative, ambitious, and goal-oriented
  • Enjoy challenging yourself and are not afraid to leave your comfort zone 
  • Have good social skills and the ability to meet people in various business situations
  • Want and have the potential to develop into a business leader

We are accepting applications and will organize interviews as soon as possible. The interview process consists of;

  1. Phone interview with Talent Acquisition
  2. Zoom interview with one of the directors of the Client Succes team
  3. Panel interview in the office (potentially with a case study).
