About The Role - Senior Product Support Engineer
Do you have a knack for diagnosing technical issues in web-based applications? Are you unafraid of learning new technologies? Do you want to work in a dynamic global organization, solving interesting, real-time problems? We are looking for motivated professionals to join our product support team.
Responsibilities
Work on a global team that supports a suite of media intelligence products used by tens of thousands of companies, world-wide.
Provide Customer Support for API features, functionality, and integration
Be comfortable using coding samples and snippets of code to communicate with developer clients.
Manage a pipeline of application requests and project activities.
Work with development teams, vendors, account managers, and end users to perform root cause analysis of problems and deliver effective solutions.
Document standards, processes and procedures relating to best practices, issues and resolutions.
Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. An individual who can work under pressure, communicate effectively and provide alternative solutions is likely to succeed.
3-5 years of related working experience.
Knowledge of REST fundamentals is a must.
Frontend web development experience (React and Angular are a plus).
Backend development experience (Node.js and Python are a plus).
Database administration and SQL experience (MySql and MongoDB are a plus).
Excellent communication skills (must be fluent in Mandarin and English).
University degree (computing/engineering related)
