What You’ll Do:

● Lead and oversee research projects to meet objectives. Coordinate and curate reports using various analysis methods such as quantitative, qualitative or network analysis to ensure high-quality deliverables
● Collaborate closely with clients to understand their research requirements and deliver actionable recommendations
● Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure research objectives are aligned with business goals and to facilitate strategic decision-making processes
● Manage a team of 2-3 analysts, offering mentorship and guidance on their research projects, providing support, training, and feedback to foster both high-quality work and professional development
● Develop and maintain complex social media listening and analytics tools
● Define methodologies and approaches specific to each case to meet client’s requirements while ensuring data consistency
● Conduct in-depth analysis of media content and market trends to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for growth
● Guarantee the quality of autonomously managed projects
● Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in media research to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation within the organization

 

What You’ll Bring:

● Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
● 4-5 years of hands-on experience in social media research or analysis, utilizing social media monitoring tools or collaborating with traditional research institutes.
● 1 year of managerial experience, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills.
● Mastery of research tools, software, data visualization, and statistical analysis programs.
● An additional language of German or French would be an added advantage.
● Exceptional analytical prowess, with a demonstrated ability to derive high-quality insights from intricate data sets, spanning both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
● Proficient project management skills, adept at juggling multiple projects concurrently and meeting stringent deadlines.
● A proactive attitude, consistently striving to exceed expectations and maximize project outcomes.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
● Willingness to embrace the best of both worlds with our hybrid work schedule. This role requires you to be in the office 2 days a week
● The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
